Requirements:
Secretarial or Administrative Studies
2 years of experience in administrative roles
Advanced level of English (mandatory)
Good communicationand interpersonal skills
Solid command of office tools
Knowledge of accounting, legal and administrative management practices and procedures is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee procurement and vendor management, ensuring efficient operations and timely payments
Coordinate office operations, logistics, and employee relocation processes.
Execute marketing and employer branding initiatives across events and communications.
Analyze results, track trends, and optimize strategies.
