Requirements:

  • Secretarial or Administrative Studies

  • 2 years of experience in administrative roles

  • Advanced level of English (mandatory)

  • Good communicationand interpersonal skills

  • Solid command of office tools

  • Knowledge of accounting, legal and administrative management practices and procedures is a plus



Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee procurement and vendor management, ensuring efficient operations and timely payments

  • Coordinate office operations, logistics, and employee relocation processes.

  • Execute marketing and employer branding initiatives across events and communications.

  • Analyze results, track trends, and optimize strategies.
